To find alien life, NASA needs bigger, bolder exoplanet-hunting telescopes

A congressionally mandated report published today (Sept. 5) by the premier science advisory group in the United States has found that NASA should focus its exoplanet research budget on large space- and ground-based telescopes.

But this accusation has a broader history in the United States, having been used against several religious minorities—including Muslims like Omar.
