After 20 years dishing out Southern-tinged comfort food on the corner of Manhattan Avenue and Driggs, Greenpoint mainstay Enid's announced today that it will be closing at the end of March. But this accusation has a broader history in the United States, having been used against several religious minorities—including Muslims like Omar.
